When I was young, I studied in Tokyo Japan and stayed with a host family for couple years. They named me Hoshiko which mean "Star". The host family own couple ramen shops in Tokyo. They taught me how to cook ramen and other Japanese foods. Then I moved back to Bangkok and came to San Francisco for Master and Culinary. I have opened an American Breakfast Restaurant called "Home Plate". Now it's about time to share all of you my experience from the East. I would like to introduce you to "Hoshi Ramen & Rice".
